Positions available for 2018

We’re proud of the career development and networks we can help build for our people.  But they can’t stay with us forever!  We expect to have the following Auckland-based positions available from mid 2018:

Designer
We are looking for a creative designer with up-to-date knowledge to interpret our needs and to design solutions with high, professional visual impact. You will work on a variety of opportunities, including events, website, and organisation identity. You would have proven graphic designing experience, possession of creative flair, versatility, and originality. Please have a look at our previous events to get an idea of what YA stands for.

Operations Coordinator
The Business Development Coordinator assists the Business Development Manager in helping to contact and convince potential leads that the Committee’s events and values are worth their investment. Your role will be vital to ensuring the Committee continues to expand its presence amongst China-related companies as well as ensuring that the bridge between our members and these companies is maintained on a constant basis. You will work closely with the YA Auckland Director(s) to ensure that the committee and the target company continues to establish mutually beneficial and meaningful relationships.

Marketing Associate
Responsible for assisting our Marketing Manager with the committee’s external communications. You will be a champion in refining our content and value proposition to our supporters, members, and parent NZCTA organisation. You will work closely with the Marketing and Events teams to ensure that our message is spread via our website, member newsletter and social media.

HR Associate
Responsible for assisting the Admin Director in providing up to date information on upcoming meetings to the Committee. The Human Resource Associate is also responsible for looking at ways at increasing membership value proposition and expansion of the committee. This is an ideal kick-start path into understanding more about the organisation and engaging with all teams across the committee.
